Rachel Clad

Rachel Clad is a Civic Design Researcher at The Lab @ DDOT, where she leads human-centered research efforts to inform transportation planning and public space design in Washington, DC. Her background spans global health research and civic design, with fieldwork across sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and the United States. Rachel holds a Master of Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill and an Executive Certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown University. Outside of work, Rachel is waging a slow and losing battle against her plant addiction.
