Roxanne is a Social Scientist with The Lab @ DC. She helps design and carry out evaluations of local policies and programs. Her current projects focus on education and public health.
Prior to joining the Lab, Roxanne supported health research at the World Health Organization, the World Bank, and the Center for Global Development. She also supported education research as a Research Assistant for the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development and Evaluation. Roxanne earned a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys playing Scrabble and spending time with her family.
